Account Clerk II, City of Wayne
The City of Wayne is accepting applications for an Account Clerk II (Part Time) Accounts Payable.
Salary Range: $17.474 an hour ~ 25-28 hours per week.
Responsibilities: Process and prepare the computerized accounts payable, including cash disbursements and related reports; Setup and maintain vendor accounts; Process 1099 forms; Assist with purchasing activities as required; Responsible for office supply restocking; Prepare and maintain various computer spreadsheets; Performs all other related work as assigned.
Qualifications: Must have a High School diploma or successful completion of the General Educational Development test (GED) including or supplemented by courses in accounting, typing, and computer operations. Must be detailed oriented, organized, and have experience using Microsoft Excel. Preferred experience in Accounts Payable. Preferred Accounting degree.
