Charges Outreach & Modeling Manager, Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA)

The Great Lakes Water Authority (GLWA) is seeking applicants to fill a full-time position as the Charges Outreach & Modeling Manager. The Financial Services Area (FSA) is responsible for establishing water and sewer charges for GLWA.  As part of the Financial Services Area (FSA), the Charges Outreach & Modeling Manager is responsible for leading and executing complex projects related to utility rate setting and charge development in alignment with organizational objectives related to affordability, member partner engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and long-term financial strategies for a high-performing utility.  A detailed job description can be found on the GLWA website following this link:  https://us61.dayforcehcm.com/CandidatePortal/en-US/greatlakeswater/Posting/View/996.

This position requires:

  • Bachelor’s degree (finance, accounting, engineering, economics, or other related fields)
  • At least five years of experience performing financial analysis functions in corporate or government organizations preferably in the utility sector
  • Experience with Geographical Information Systems is a plus, but not required
