A recent MGFOA ListServ thread uncovered an issue many users of BS&A software were having related to copying footnotes without amounts. MGFOA President, Gretchen Gomolka, got in touch with BS&A and recently held a brief tutorial sharing what she learned about how to deal with the problem.

Important supplement to the video:
One thing not mentioned on the video is when you are in the Copy Between Levels screen there is a little box right below where you select the levels to copy from and to. Make sure you click this box because this is what will copy the footnotes over. (See sample photo)
