The Flint Public Library is seeking nominations and applications for the position of Director of Finance and Human Resources.

The Director of Finance and Human Resources (the Director) will be a critical member of the Library’s four-person senior management team. Strong candidates for this role will be seasoned leaders with expertise in financial and budgetary planning and processes in a nonprofit and/or governmental context. They will have experience presenting to and communicating clearly and effectively to key stakeholders, particularly boards of trustees. The next Director will have experience setting and managing personnel policies, with union relationship and negotiation background as a plus.
