Successful applicant will be a high level employee with public accounting, budgeting and supervisory experience.
This full-time permanent position oversees the collection and management of all monies owed to and held by the City.
The Finance Director oversees and directs all aspects of the city’s finances, including preparation and administration of the city budget, preparation of financial reports, and oversight of accounting, payroll, cashiering, utility and tax billing in compliance with governmental accounting standards, state and federal law. BA or BS in accounting, finance or related field, 6 years’ experience, or combination of both desired.
