Notes

• Registration closes March 1, 2022 at midnight. Registration is available on site at the event starting at 7:30am.
• 2021 Back to Basic graduates receive a free registration to Spring Seminar.
• Introduction to Public Finance (normally the day before Spring Seminar) will be virutal this year.
• MGFOA events do not have exhibit or sponsors options. MGFOA encourages representatives to attend events and network.

MSU guidelines require masks to be worn inside buildings except when eating.

MGFOA’s Actions to Support your Safety and Well-being:

• MGFOA will have two (2) registration areas set up based on last name creating a more spacious flow when picking up your name badge.
• MGFOA will provide two (2) rooms for spacious dining during lunch.
• All food items will be ‘grab & go” and individually packaged.

MGFOA is committed to creating experiences where we can gather safely and confidently. The responsibility of this safe meeting environment is shared amongst us all.

Fees

The deadline for early bird registration rates is February 21, 2022.
No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 21, 2022.

Lunch Options

Wraps are served in a 12” Flour Wrap with Bag of Chips, Side Salad, Bottled Water, and MSU Bakery Cookie. Wraps can be prepared gluten free.

1. Turkey and Provolone Wrap with Lettuce, Tomato, Dijon, Mayonnaise, and Horseradish Sauce
2. Roast Beef and Cheddar Wrap with Lettuce, Tomato, Dijon, Mayonnaise, and Horseradish Sauce
3. Ham and Swiss Wrap with Lettuce, Tomato, Dijon, Mayonnaise, and Horseradish Sauce
4. Hoisin Glazed Black Beans Wrap with Stir-Fried Shiitake, Jasmine Rice, Carrot, Scallion, Cilantro, Basil, Mint, and Sesame Vinaigrette VG

Lodging Information

If you need overnight accommodations, reservations may be made by phone or online with the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center at 800-875-5090. The hotel has a block of rooms at a discounted rate of $135.00, which are available under the group code 2203MGFOAS until February 2, 2022.

4. Enter arrival, departure, rooms, and number of adults/children

Parking Information

Parking is available in a covered structure at the Kellogg Center. All-day discounted parking is available to purchase during registration at the $6.00/per vehicle/per day rate. Guests who are staying overnight at the Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center do not need to purchase a parking pass, as it is included in the room rate.
