ELIGIBILITY: This examination is open to anyone who meets the minimum qualifications.
A PERSON MAY NOT PARTICIPATE IN AN OPEN COMPETITIVE EXAMINATION FOR THE SAME TITLE UNTIL
NINETY (90) DAYS HAS EXPIRED SINCE THE LAST EXAMINATION FOR THE TITLE.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school graduation or its equivalent.
• Three (3) years of verifiable bookkeeping/accounting experience.
• Experience using MS Office Suite and relevant software and systems.
• Proficient using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets required.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:
Under general Budget & Finance supervision, processes payments for goods and services, accurately and timely;
ensures that payments are processed in accordance with the Court’s purchasing and payment policies and that only
authorized invoices are processed. Also provides analytical, financial, administrative and clerical services.
Employees in this title are expected to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
