Job Description

Assists the Finance Director with all accounting activities including the payroll system and the maintenance of City accounting records for the external audit. Assists the Finance Director with the annual budget preparation process. Reviews departmental reports of receipts and disbursements of City funds making corrections when necessary. In addition, maintains and prepares a variety of financial records and reports.
