The Management Accelerator Program, also known as MAP, is offered through MGFOA’s partnership with Coeus Creative Group, LLC. Through this partnership, MGFOA members receive access to the program at a significantly discounted rate compared to the traditional program cost.

MAP is designed for professionals who want to become stronger, more confident managers. The program focuses on the real-world leadership challenges that come with managing people, priorities, performance, communication, conflict, and team culture.

While the program is open to MGFOA members at many stages of their careers, it is especially valuable for members with at least three years of professional experience who are preparing for, new to, or currently serving in management or supervisory roles.
