MGFOA Spring Seminar

A One-Day Conference for Michigan Public Finance Professionals

The Spring Seminar brings MGFOA members together each year for timely education, practical insights, CPE opportunities, and meaningful professional connections.

One of MGFOA’s Signature Annual Events

The Spring Seminar is one of MGFOA’s two major annual events and is designed to provide a focused day of learning, discussion, and connection for public finance professionals across Michigan.

Typically held each spring and rotating between Lansing and Metro Detroit, the seminar features technical and best-practice-focused sessions that address current issues, emerging trends, and practical challenges in government finance.

The event is also preceded by an evening networking social, giving attendees an additional opportunity to reconnect with colleagues, meet new members, and build relationships before the seminar begins.
