What Is the Mentorship Program?The MGFOA Mentorship Program is a one-year initiative designed to connect new and seasoned members of the Michigan Government Finance Officers Association. Participants are matched in one-on-one mentor and mentee pairs and meet regularly to share experiences, discuss career goals, navigate professional challenges, and strengthen connections within the public finance profession.
